    Service Hour Utilisation Guidelines (for illustrative purposes)

    - Set up modem/router - estimated 1 hour
    - Set up printer/scanner - estimated 1 hour
    - Set up of emails - estimated 1 hour
    - Removal of virus (we recommend bringing your workstations to our office for servicing. Servicing time will be capped at 2 hours.)
    - Servicing jobs such as data migration/back up/reinstallation of Operating System will be advised accordingly.
